Assistant Media Buyer/Traffic Coordinator

Lee Tilford is looking for someone with 3+ years of experience working with media buying and trafficking in an agency environment. This detail-oriented person must have the ability to learn and maintain the high standards of our internal trafficking system, while still adhering to internal and external deadlines. Experience buying print, radio, or TV is a plus. Candidate must be a self-starter, open to instruction and able to adjust work priorities on the fly.

Below are the primary responsibilities this position will have:

• Manage agency traffic system for all clients and communicate the creative needs and deadlines to the appropriate internal teams/departments
• Accurately create, deliver and confirm traffic instructions and deliverables to all outside entities (both traditional and digital vendors)
• Reconcile invoices for CO-OP purposes
• Assist with media buying, scheduling, and vendor requests
• Media research, including pulling rankers and compiling competitive data
• Build TV and Radio schedule estimates and set up media schedules based on established guidelines
• Managing client flowcharts, filing documents and revising budgets

Additional tasks may include:

• Social media monitoring and responding for comments, messages, etc.
• Scheduling organic social media posts through multiple channels

This position must portray an on-going sense of urgency and ability to juggle numerous functions at one time.
