Digital Marketing Manager

Lee Tilford is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager that will not only lead our media team but will also work directly with our clients to focus on their sales, branding, customer loyalty & retention, as well as online reputation management. They will have access to, and the support of, our creative & media depts. to make sure their team is successful.

Some of the responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Work directly with clients as needed to assess, strategize and execute digital campaigns focused on their sales, branding, customer loyalty & retention, and online reputation management
  • Develop, implement, refine, and complete strategically created digital/new media marketing plans
  • Analyze and decipher all the research and metrics available to inform and plan digital media strategy and ensure campaigns are generating the appropriate traffic and running effectively
  • Plan, track, and reconcile digital media budgets in collaboration with Accounting
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge and skill sets in existing and emerging platforms and technologies including:
  • SEO
  • SEM
  • Email
  • eCommerce
  • Lead Generation/Nurturing
  • Affiliate Marketing
  • Social Media
  • Conventional Media
  • Direct Mail
  • Web strategy
  • Mobile strategy
  • Ensure vendor agreements are optimized, advantageous and protective to clients and agency
  • Collaborate and delegate tasks to creative & media department team members including digital buyers, web developers, and art directors.

This position is for full-time, in-house placement. Pay is determined upon experience. Benefits include two weeks paid vacation starting, paid medical/dental/vision benefits, and a great environment with good hard working people.
