Digital Media Specialist

LTA is looking for a Digital Media Specialist with 5+ years’ experience in Search, Display, & Paid Social advertising. This candidate must be able to decipher all the research and metrics available to them, and to plan a digital media strategy for our clients (which include retail, automotive, & professional services).

Some of the responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Strategize and develop digital media plans
  • Stay in touch and on the pulse of digital marketing, which is always evolving
  • Place, track, and reconcile those media plans to ensure adherence to budget
  • Analyze web metrics & data to ensure the campaigns are running effectively and generating the appropriate traffic
  • Previous experience using online media research and planning tools
  • Strong mathematical & Excel skills

Qualifications for this role would include but not limited to:

  • PPC/SEM (Google AdWords/Bing) experience
  • Paid social (Facebook) experience
  • Google Analytics experience
  • SQL and/or other reporting experience a plus
  • Strong problem solving ability
  • Excellent communication and organization
  • Experience with Marin considered a plus
  • 3-5 years of experience with ad-serving systems & programmatic buying
  • Understanding of the interaction between strategy, content and audience management
  • Working knowledge of major social media platforms as well as up and coming platforms

Additional Qualifications to be highly considered:

  • Experience with Marin
  • Google Analytics IQ Certification
  • Google Adwords Certification
  • Experience with various digital reporting tools is a plus
  • SEO experience
  • Agency experience
