Office Manager

We’re looking for a personable and outgoing individual with prior experience in an office setting. This position is the front line for our company, and that means a lot to us.

Skills that we are looking for include: excellent communication & people skills, ability to work in a fast paced environment, organizational skills and the ability to think proactively. This person must have a flexible personality and enjoy an open office of diverse personality types.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering a multi-line phone system & routing calls appropriately
  • Greeting all clients/vendors and making them feel welcome
  • Serve as the point person for maintenance, mailing, break room supplies, office supplies, random shopping, equipment maintenance, bills, and randomly needed errands
  • Managing relationships with agency vendors, service providers, and landlord/maintenance
  • Scanning and digital filing + a small amount of clerk type work in QuickBooks

A small team environment such as ours requires a willingness from all employees to wear multiple hats, and from time to time stepping in and helping other departments as needed.

This position is a full-time Mon-Fri position & pay is determined upon experience. Benefits included with this position are two weeks paid vacation starting, paid medical/dental/vision benefits, and a great environment with good hard-working people.
